Burrova appears to be the most financially depressed city in Halevale. Burrova is considered by many as the slum of Halevale. The buildings look run-down and worn. They're all made of wood, save the Great Chapel of Mara, and even that is covered in moss and worn out. Also, there is an enormous Skooma, a lethal drug, market. Several of Burrova's citizens are dealers on the side, and a large majority are addicts. There are even rumors that Gellius Terentius, the Count's son, is an addict. There is also a "Skooma Den" near the city's northern gate, and all of its tenants are crazy. For the few sober individuals, life could not be more miserable.
