Is a village with an inn between Bravil and Leyawiin. It is occupied entirely by Khajiit who have a superstitious belief in the "K'Sharra Prophecy". Their shaman is Ri'Bassa. Sheogorath wants to make their prophecy come true. The houses in Border Watch are of the same architecture as those found in Fennafinn. The Border Watch Inn can be found in the southeast of the town.
